About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Home Timer mobile application and related services operated by SHENON TOV (the “Application”). SHENON TOV is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

We do not collect personal data
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration and user accounts are not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. SHENON TOV does not retain that information or use it for tracking.
In short: SHENON TOV does not build a server-side profile about you and does not keep your personal app data.
No precise location collection
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
No server-side personal data retention
SHENON TOV does not retain personal user data from Home Timer on company servers because the Application does not collect or store such data through normal use.
Any preferences, timer settings, favorites, recent sessions, or activity history that Home Timer stores locally on your device remain on that device unless you remove them through your device or app storage controls.
You control local app data
Since SHENON TOV does not maintain a server-side user account or personal Home Timer dataset, there is no server-side personal application data for SHENON TOV to delete.
Where supported by your device, you can remove locally stored Home Timer information by clearing the Application's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling Home Timer.
If you voluntarily contact SHENON TOV by email and provide information outside normal Application use, you may request deletion of that correspondence by contacting support@shenon.ink.
Children's privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's personal data is not collected by the Application itself.
Minimal data exposure
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data from SHENON TOV systems is minimal. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may hold.
If a security incident affects information that you voluntarily provided outside normal app use, SHENON TOV will act in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Policy updates
SHENON TOV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with a revised effective date.
Where required by applicable law, SHENON TOV will obtain consent before material changes take effect.
Your consent
Where you voluntarily provide information to SHENON TOV and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
